应用背景自己写的MATLAB程序，可以将bmp图片或者jpg图片转成2进制、十六进制等形式的mif文件，支出图片缩放，只需要稍加修改就能满足要求，非常方便使用关键技术使用MATLAB软件编写了一个将图片转换成mif文件的程序，对于Altera FPGA学习者很有用，支持多种格式
