  One of the most popular measurements of an ECG signal is the heart rate in this function we describes how to extract the R peak of a signal in order to analyze them in the "Regularity_Rythm" Function. The peak with the highest amplitude is called the R wave. An RR interval is the time that elapses between two successive R waves.
