新闻管理系统
功能介绍：
一：新闻无限1级分类，增加，删除，修改分类，
更改分类，不会影响前台调用
统一由一个文件PPst_Class.asp完成
二：新闻添加，修改，删除，全部或按分类列表（带分页）显示新闻
统一由一个文件PPst_Class.asp完成
三：更酷的是：你可随意更改这两个文件名字（独创技术）
而不会影响任何功能，方便与其他系统同目录整合。
需同步更新PPst_Conn.asp里的参数设置
四：带管理后台验证，非管理员不能进入，
五：“过程”调用新闻数据，方便后台与前台的代码页面分离

六：用记事本格式打开PPst_Conn.asp，
