注意事项：由于步进电机4相与L298N芯片的输出端直连，故当步进电机
处于停止状态时，请务必确保模块信号输入端INA 、INB 、INC、IND 为高电平，
以使OUT1、OUT2、OUT3、OUT4 输出高电平，防止电流由步进电机VCC 灌入L298N
芯片输出端。
旋转 度的算法：给予一个脉冲，该步进电机内部转子旋转5.625度，由于 自带减速齿轮组，故外部主轴旋转 度为5.625/减速比，根据要转动的 度即 可推算出脉冲数。
