C#实现录音功能
该程序利用DirectX组件实现音频采集，并利用DirectX组件对所采集的音频进行回放。DirectX是Microsoft开发的一套功能丰富的低层API，用于在Windows平台上开发游戏和其他高性能的多媒体应用程序，能够对显存和硬件直接访问。DirectX通过COM的技术，以及一套有Microsoft和硬件厂商共同编写的驱动程序和程序库，可以提供对所有设备的硬件级的控制。
