OCT是Optical Coherence Tomography的简称，是一种高分辨率，非接触性的生物组织成像技术，得到OCT图的过程要对采集到的数据进行包括去噪，插值运算，色散补偿，傅里叶变换和取模取对数的处理过程，这个过程在CPU上用循环来做时处理速度比较慢，该作品针对这个过程可以并行处理的特点，对这个处理过程进行了用CUDA重新改写，改写为在GPU上执行的函数，从而大大提高数据处理的速度。
