For practical implementation, the proposed AltMin algorithm is further extended to broadband settings with orthogonal frequency division multiplexing modulation. Simulation results show that the proposed AltMin algorithm has significant performance gains compared with the existing hybrid precoding algorithm. Furthermore, based on the proposed algorithm, the simulation comparison between the two hybrid precoding structures will provide valuable design insights.)
