什么是8hz-mp3？----8hz-mp3是我们的MPEG音频编码器的名称，SoloH的项目“MpegEnc”给了我们一个想法，让我们也可以尝试一个免费的编码器，但是我们的主要目标是速度，所以我们就这样做了。我们这样做是为了学习一些东西，并在这样做的同时获得一些乐趣；它支持多个平台，最终将被移植到更多平台上。我们采用了与SoloH相同的官方ISO源代码，并在其中摸索了几天。这是免费的，因为是他的，但我们的目标更多的平台。结果似乎不是太坏（我们认为）。目前这个编码器只支持MPEG I第三层。
