本程序是在赛灵思V-5开发板上进行SOC设计的串口接收和发送程序，采用Microblaze软核，C语言开发设计，一个串口接收，一个串口发送程序。整个程序是在赛灵思开发平台EDK上进行开发设计，使用Xilinx的IP核进行搭建开发硬件平台，然后再Eclipse进行相应软件程序设计，使用相应的开发软件可以打开程序工程。
