基于Laplace 金字塔的图像融合算法 ，
这个是比较基本的图像融合的算法，主要用到Laplace变换和金字塔，代码中有可以对灰度图像进行融合，也可以对彩色的图像进行融合，但是要求两个图像尽可能的大小要一致，我已经调试过，可以用，就是把图像名字改下就好了
