多值元胞自动机交通流模型
在ca184中每个元胞为空或者是被一辆车占据，车辆或者向前移动一个元胞或者停止不动。多值元胞自动机是对ca184的，规定元胞的容量为M。即每个元胞最多包含M辆车，此时元胞状态为0~M之间的证书，这就会死多值元胞自动模型。本程序是基本的BCA模型，核心为质量守恒。
