用java实现调用webservice短信接口源码
由于sms平台的大部分交互，都依赖于短信发送标识SENDID,建议在接口调用完成后，将短信息与sendid一同保存在应用数据库内，并在接下来的时段调用getfailedid或者getstatus查询短信是否发送成功。由于运营商网管发送时会用尝试次数，再加上系统运行周期，短信在进入平台后并不能立即确认是否发送成功，只有等待短信状态报告返回才能确认。标注为@Deprecated的接口是已经被否决的接口。只是为了兼容旧的业务调用，不建议采用。接口可以发送单条短信和多条短信，根据调用方法不同具体看源码。
