基本51单片机制作的电视机遥控器，24M的晶振，并且已经通过实验，可以成功遥控。工作原理：
由另一遥控器发射出来的红外进行解码，并且经单片机识别后，发射电视遥控器相应的功能键代码。(51 Microcontroller basic TV remote, 24M crystal, and has been through experiments, can successfully remote control.
