基于BP_Adaboost的强分类器设计——公司财务预警建模
BP神经网络是一种反向传递并且能够修正误差的多层映射函数，它通过对未知系统的输入输出参数进行学习之后，便可以联想记忆表达该系统。但是由于BP网络是在梯度法基础上推导出来的，要求目标函数连续可导，在进化学习的过程中熟练速度慢，容易陷入局部最优，找不到全局最优值。并且由于BP网络的权值和阀值在选择上是随机值，每次的初始值都不一样，造成每次训练学习预测的结果都有所差别。Adaboost算法能够提高任意给定弱分类器的分类精度，在许多机器学习的问题中都得到了成功的应用。为了提高BP网络的分类精度，克服BP网络权值初始化的局限性和训练样本的主观因素，使BP网络评价结果更加可靠，本案例将AdaBoost理论与神经网络相结合，建立BP_AdaBoost强分类模型，并将它用于公司业绩评价分类，通过仿真实验说明了该算法的有效性。
