vlc 播放器
vlc播放器简单实现,基本上实现的功能和CodeProject上那个demo差不多，我修改后可以播放网络流媒体，将加载的文件名修改为流媒体地址就可以了。播放上面双语字
幕的文件时貌似不能正常显示中文，VLC播放器本身也有这个问题，不过可以设置修改。其他更多的功能还有待研究，VLC的接口注释都很详细，按照它的接口
应该可以实现更多的功能，
