此代码能实现按键对数码管的控制，和各种状态切换，数码管有9个用到7个其中两个暂时还没用到。按键11个。定时器对数码管时间显示计时，按键实现数码管的加减，其中包括短按按键加减1，长按加减10的功能。设置完之后按下开始按键实现计时，按下停止按键实现数码管显示的数停止计时。停止按键有三种或者两种状态切换，停止，回复设定的值，以及清零。
