本代码主要是针对GPS定位系统来设计i，主要阐述了GPS基本原理，利用伪随机噪声PRN来确定位置，GPS载波相位测量定位，利用4颗卫星定位。我们程序开始需要先输入一个4*25矩阵，表示了24颗卫星的位置StallitePosition
