基于HT1621的段式液晶AD采集程序，亲测。
本项目采用msp430单片机写的AD采样程序，使用HT1621芯片进行段式液晶平的驱动，在四位段式液晶平上对AD转化的数据进行0-4096的线性显示，经自己亲测，该程序可以完美运行，并可加入自己的库函数中进行调用，简单方便，进行分享。
