海表面动力地形、海平面异常等是由海洋动力过程引起的，其中包含海流、
潮汐和中尺度涡等海洋动力学信息。卫星高度计通过向海面发射并接受脉冲，通
过其时间间隔即可测量全球海面高度分布及变化，其数据一般为 NetCDF 文件。
NetCDF(network Common Data Form)网络通用数据格式是由美国大学大气
研究协会（University Corporation for Atmospheric Research，UCAR)的
Unidata 项目科学家针对科学数据的特点开发的，是一种面向数组型并适于网络
共享的数据的描述和编码标准。NetCDF 广泛应用于大气科学、水文学、海洋科
学、环境模拟、地球物理学等诸多领域。用户可以借助多种方式方便地管理和操
作 NetCDF 数据集。
NetCDF 存储的数据就是一个多自变量的单值函数。用公式来说就是
f(x,y,z,...)=value,函数的自变量 x,y,z 等在 NetCDF 中叫做维(dimension)或
坐标轴(axis),函数值 value 在 NetCDF 中叫做变量(Variables).而自变量和函
数值在物理学上的一些性质，比如计量单位(量纲)、物理学名称等等在 NetCDF
中就叫属性(Attributes)。
