代码说明：

对三角波将进行FM的调制解调。先生成一个三角波，将三角波信号变成连续信号，通过频率调制得到FM信号，FM信号通过信噪比为20db的信道后，经过限幅器和低通滤波器还原为原始的三角波信号。（本代码的滤波器是自己写的，未用MATLAB自带的滤波器）
