SimpleBLEPeripheral协议栈 （上电自动连接）
主机和从机功能：
主机的工作主要是扫描设备，对发现的设备发起连接，然后就是对特征值的读写操作
从机处于广播状态
整体功能：
开机后主机就会开始扫描周边设备，接下来我们在扫描完成后对扫描到的设备发起连接
仅仅只是连接，还不能传输数据
编译环境：IAR Embedded Workbench for 8051 9.10
协议栈： BLE-CC254x-1.4.0
注意：协议栈用1.4.22 编译出来会提示 缺少II.h文件，换用1.4.0协议栈就好了。具体原因不明。
