代码说明:

Turbo码编码器,采用并行级联结构,是由一对递归系统卷积码(Recursive Systematic Convolution Code,RSCC)编码器和一个交织器组成。这类Turbo码也称为PCCC。RSCC编码器和卷积码编码器之间的主要区别的从移存器输出到信息位输出端之间有反馈路径。
