采用imageJ内的包对dicom文件进行读取，然后取得图片的轮廓（各种轮廓，只要修改shape的值就行），最后采用三次参数插值方式进行三维重组，然后进行旋转变换、投影变换、颜色变换等进行三维空间的观察。
