Qt开发的简单学生成绩管理系统
本成绩管理系统共分两大并行子系统，学生成绩查询子系统，和管理员成绩管理系统。
就功能而言，本成绩管理系统又分为7 大模块，其中管理员后台系统有4 大模块：查询成
绩，修改成绩记录，删除成绩记录和添加成绩计入，而学生子系统只有成绩查询一个模块，
以及登录模块和注册模块，共计7 个模块。
该管理系统需要先连接机子的MySQL数据库（需要将代码中的数据库用户名和密码换成本机上的）
之后再QT5.6环境下生成可执行 文件
