代码说明：

这是本人从零开始学习的turbo编写，turbo码的原理并不难，但是将原理转化成m语言，或者Verilog语言，C语言则有相当大的难度和挑战，而我就是在这挑战中一次有一次的跌倒。这是本人辛辛苦苦编写出来的代码，希望对各位学习MATLAB的码农们有所帮助，谢谢
