大米颗数计算MATLAB软件
应用背景大米是人类的主食之一，是稻谷经清理、砻谷、碾米、成品整理等工序后制成的成品。人们购买米大多采用直接称量的方法，市面上也有许多仪器采用光电传感器等方式用于生产加工时米粒的计数。然而这样的方法都比较依赖于设备，不方便人们日常的使用。运用计算机图像处理技术，可以在缺少专用设备的情况下，快速简单地完成对米粒或其他颗粒的计数。关键技术具体使用方法见操作手册单击大米粒数计数软件界面中的“读取图像”按钮，会弹出选择图像的对话框（如图3所示），指定的图像格式为JPG，PNG，GIF及BMP。在电脑中找到需要打开的图片，大米粒数计数软件界面就会显示该图片，如图4所示。2.2 图像处理本软件是大米粒数计数，那么处理图像是关键。单击大米粒数计数软件界面中的“计算数量”按钮，软件通过内部算法，对图像进行边缘检测、膨胀腐蚀、填充标记等一系列操作将米粒一一区别出来，并且分离粘合较浅的米粒，然后计数，并将结果直观地在界面中显示出来，如图5所示。
