内存静态分配： 程序还有一些错误，益出处理不知道怎么加入。此程序开始不是我写的的，我在别人的基础上理解并改动了一些。实验课已经结束了，没时间在做了，以后有机会再改。(static memory allocation : there are some procedural error, derived from processing do not know how to join. 用可视（图形）化界面完成银行家算法的模拟程序。
模拟程序能够实现对不同数目进程，不同数目资源种类，不同当前状态的测试，通过银行家算法判断任意次数的资源请求是否会得意满足，并对提出资源请求的进程作出正确处理。
