将ITUG.729A的源码更改。可以将G.729A的码流解成PCM格式文件。或将PCM格式文件编码成G.729A的码流解成。 readme.txt 有使用说明。(ITUG.729A the source will change. G.729A can be the solution into a PCM bitstream format. Or to be PCM format G.729A coding into the bit stream into a solution. readme.txt has use.)
