增加了关闭某条便笺时，记忆某条便笺的位置和大小的功能。
跟随窗体的按钮不再会溢出
改变了帮助文本的样式
在帮助中添加了作者信息
便笺的默认储存位置从原来的 D:\_NOTE_TEMP 更改为了
现在的 D:Program Filesakai_note
优化了使用过程中的说明与提示
临时文件单独存放与临时文件夹
解决了退出编辑状态时，部分时候文本不能换行显示的问题
