代码说明：

采用16QAM调制方式对一串二进制信息进行基带调制，并分析其功率谱，在AWGN信道上进行传输，并解调，最后对其误比特（BER）性能加以分析。(Using 16QAM modulation methods on a string of binary information in the baseband modulation, and analyze the power spectrum, in the AWGN channel for transmission, and demodulation, the last of its bit error (BER) performance analysis.)
