产生GPS的C/A码。主函数模块为gen_ca.m 调用gen_ca(m,n)即可产生以（m,n）为抽头系数的CA码(GPS-generated C/A code. Main function modules for gen_ca.m call gen_ca (m, n) can be generated by (m, n) for the tap coefficient of CA Code)
