说明： 利用Matlab编写程序实现以下功能：以多项式形式输入系统前向通路传递函数和反馈回路传递函数，计算系统开环增益，判定型别，根据控制系统劳斯稳定判据原理，列出得到的任意阶次系统的劳斯表，判定闭环系统稳定性，若不稳定给出具有正实部极点的数目。
（1）根据用户输入的稳定度a，计算稳定的开环增益K的范围；
（2）确定系统的最大稳定度a,计算相应的开环增益K的值。
