代码说明：

This code applies local histogram equalization on an input image with a view to improve its contrast ratio. The image is read, converted to grayscale and resized with the inbuilt function of MATLAB. The window size may be changed, however, the window shift is as per size of the window. The output is definitely a better contrast image as compared to the input but checkerboard effect is evident.

In this paper a Conventional PD Controller and Fuzzy Neural Controller for trajectory tracking of mobile robot platform is presented. Using computed torque method is given input- torque on mobile robot wheels. The locomotion control structure is based on integration of kinematics and dynamics model of mobile robot base. There is a trend to develop blind or semi-blind source extraction algorithms based on second-order statistics, due to its low computation load and fast processing speed. An important and primary work is done by Barros and Cichocki, who propose an extraction algorithm based on a time delay. The algorithm is simple and fast, but its performance is not satisfying. The paper extends their work and proposes a robust algorithm based on eigenvalue decomposition of several delayed covariance matrices. It is faster and has better performance, which is conˉrmed by theoretical analysis and computer simulations.
