MATLAB的EMD工具箱，主要是对信号进行IMF分解，然后进行希尔伯特变换。得到信号的瞬时频率，并画出能量图。
使用是解压到matlab的work里面即可。(MATLAB toolbox of EMD, decomposition IMF, then Hilbert transform signal. The instantaneous frequency of the signal, and draw the energy diagram. Use extract to matlab can work inside.)
