本文研究开发了大功率风电齿轮箱试验台,用于6兆瓦以下的风电齿轮箱台架试验。论述了风电机组和风电齿轮箱的基本结构及电功率封闭式的齿轮箱试验台在风电齿轮箱试验台中的应用。在此基础上,利用西门子变频器、电动机、可编程控制器和WINCC监控软件搭建了风电齿轮箱试验台的驱动和加载系统,可实现对风电齿轮箱的驱动和加载,完成风电齿轮箱的各种试验,模拟风电齿轮箱在风力发电时的工作状态。利用NI数据采集卡和Labview软件搭建了风电齿轮箱运行状态监控系统,可对试验中的风电齿轮箱进行状态监控、故障诊断和停机保护。(With the development of science and technology , Phoenix can be more and more attention as a new non-polluting and renewable energy . )
