Nth_oct_Hand_Arm_AC_Filter_Toolbox
This recreation makes the filters more stable. For high sampling rates the time records are downsampled. For the low sampling rates the time records are upsampled. Depending on the Filter types. Iterative resampling is used in the Nth octave band time filter to improve the attenuation of the resample program. Also the filters are settled by preappending time data, then deleting the preappended data after filtering.

ovsf
orthogonal variable spreading factor (OVSF) is an implementation of Code division multiple access (CDMA) where before each signal is transmitted, the spectrum is spread through the use of a user s code. User s codes are carefully chosen to be mutually orthogonal to each other.
These codes are derived from an OVSF code tree, and each user is given a different, unique code. An OVSF code tree is a complete binary tree that reflects the construction of Hadamard matrices.

Partial volume correction method using reverse diffusion interpolation
This function implements a reverse diffusion scheme to interpolate images to correct for partial volume effect. Under the assumption that the pdf is about the size of the pixel (e.g. MRI), edges between two structures can be recovered.
There is a script (go1.m) that asks to select multiple dicom files and then runs the main function.
