首先,概述了太阳能光伏发电系统的组成,介绍了目前我国太阳能光伏发电技术的应用,并根据不同场合的需要,对太阳能光伏发电系统进行了分类。其次,分析了太阳能电池板的工作原理,利用州哄JLAB仿真软件对不同环境及
不同日照强度下的太阳能电池输出特性进行了建模!仿真结果证明了太阳能电池的非线性。再次,通过比较三种常用的DC/DC变换器的工作原理,提出利用BOOST型DqDC变换器实现转换,对参数进行分析后建立了BOOST型DC/DC变换器的仿真模型。最后,分析了最大功率点跟踪原理,比较了几种常用的最大功率点跟踪方法,
并在此基础上提出了一种新的扰动观察法,仿真结果表明了此方法的可行性。
