This manual describes how to run the Matlab® Artificial Immune Systems tutorial presentation developed by Leandro de Castro and Fernando Von Zuben. The program files can be downloaded from the following FTP address: ftp://ftp.dca.fee.unicamp.br/pub/docs/vonzuben/lnunes/demo.zip
The tour is self-guided and can be performed in any order.
To run the presentation, first uncompress the zipped archive and store it in an appropriate directory. Run the Matlab® , enter the selected directory, and type “tutorial” in the prompt. 这里实现的卷积码译码器可实现（n,1,K）的卷积译码，即一个输入码元，n个输出码元，编码器的约束长度为K，采用函数的默认值将实现（2,1,7）的卷积译码。译码方法为维特比硬判决译码，且译码开始状态假定为全零状态。(Here to realize convolutional code decoder can realize (n, 1, K) convolutional decoding, namely an input element, n output element, encoder constraint length is K, takes the default value of function, achieve the convolutional decoding,1,7 (2). Decoding method for decoding victor than hard decisions, and decoding the start state assumed to zero state.)
