定步长ODE4、ODE5算法，用法和ode45相似唯一不同的就是ode45是[t,y]=ode45(), 这个是y=ode4()，因为是定步长的(Fixed-step ODE4, ODE5 algorithms, usage, and the only difference is similar to ode45 ode45 is [t, y] = ode45 (), this is y = ode4 (), because the step length is fixed)
