  利用matlab编写图像滤镜GUI，符合以下要求： 1.将图像中选取某一区域，进行颜色的滤镜效果； 2.移动滤镜效果的区域。 包括：马赛克，蓝光透镜和素描三种效果。(Use matlab GUI write image filter, comply with the following requirements: 1.
