TIM-高级控制定时器PWM输出
stm32F103 TIM1输出7路PWM
STM32F103ZET6总共有8个定时器，TIM1和TIM8是高级控制定时器，TIM2、3、4、5是通用定时器，
TIM6和TIM7是基本定时器。
本例程实现高级控制定时器TIM1总共7个功能引脚输出PWM波形。(STM32F103ZET6 has 8 timers in total, TIM1 and TIM8 are advanced control timers.
This routine implements an advanced control timer TIM1 that outputs PWM waveforms for a total of 7 function pins.)
