产生OFDM Chirp波形，包括时域表示和频域表示，用于mimo雷达，且附有参考文献，里面有波形的时频域表示，以便进一步研究(this matlab code files were used to produce ofdm chirp waveform which used in mimo radar,the waveform are representation in time domain and frequency domain.furthermore,the references are provided for further explore)
