The support engineer may need model sketches, which can be sent via fae-mail, or regular mail. Plots of the final results or the results near the point that the analysis terminated mayalso be needed to understand what may have caused the problemIf the support engineer cannot diagnose your problem from this information, you may be asked tosupply the input data. The data can be attached to a support incident in the aBaQUS Online SupportSystem.
