    【实例简介】雷达海杂波统计建模和目标检测性能预测对于海面上弱小目标的检测、预警 机远程警戒雷达的研制和自动检测雷达系统的设计提供了重要的理论依据,在我 国的军事和民用领域具有广泛的应用前景。论文的主要工作如下: 基于 L 波段岸基雷达实测的海杂波数据,研究了三种半经验的海杂波均值散 射系数模型 GIT 模型、TSC 模型和 NRL 模型在近海地区的适用性,比较分析了半 经验的均值散射系数模型的差异,以及海杂波与波高的关系。 阐述了四种常用的幅度分布模型——瑞利分布、对数正态分布、威布尔分布 和 K 分布,以及它们的参数的估计方法和最佳分布模型的判定方法。研究了实测 海杂波数据所符合的最佳分布模型,分析了四种分布模型参数随擦地角和海况的 变化特性。 计算了 K 分布海杂波背景下不同数目脉冲累积检测时雷达的虚警概率,以及 检测不同 Swerling 目标时的检测概率,研究了基于三种半经验均值散射系数模型 和实测海杂波数据的雷达距离检测性能。 讨论了海杂波对虚警概率的影响,研究了 K 分布海杂波背景下均值类和有序 统计类恒虚警检测方法。对比分析了使用三种有序统计类恒虚警方法检测实测的 海杂波时间序列的检测性能。
