解压缩这四个工具包，使得cPyrt、blides、msvc和smnp++这四个目录同时位于某个目
录之下。用Msve++7.0打开msve中的dynmaieLIB工程文件并进行erlease模
式的编译，编译成功后，我们会在目录msvc/dynmaci/release里面得到一个DLL
文件:smnp-pp.dll以及三个LIB相关文件:snLrnp-ppE(PxortsLibr娜File)、
libdes(objeetFileLibr田甲)和s钊ntP-pp(objectFileLibrai下)。-Extract the four tool kits, making cPyrt, blides, msvc and smnp++ These four directories under a directory located at the same time.
