输入文件的数据格式是
2006 9 20 0 30 12577 0.263253 2.74975 -0.0157112 0.55523 8.65E-05 -7.9142 17.606
该输入文件按列为：年、月、日、时、分、序号、各量
计算结果将保存在数组里，如T【24】，24表示24小时（因为是1小时的平均）。
对输入文件的行进行循环，计算1小时的平均，该行的数据将累计平均到下标取“时”列的数组中。
