应用背景LIBMAD 是一个高质量的音频解码库，MAD 的全称是 MPEG Audio Decoder。LIBMAD 目前
支持 MPEG-1、低采样率的 MPEG-2 和 MPEG2.5 格式的 LayerⅠ、LayerⅡ、LayerⅢ（即 MP3）

MAD 具有如下特性：
