哈夫曼编码和解码

编译
编译由 Make 实用程序处理。若要编译，只是导航到存储库中的根文件夹和运行"使"。若要在调试模式下进行编译，运行"使调试 = 1"。
运行
的可执行文件"哈夫曼"应该传递一个参数： 要进行编码 （或解码，解码功能完成时） 的文件的名称。编码的文件放置在同一目录中用".huf"追加到的文件的名称。
