2、读入ASCII文件（read_ascii, ascii_template；或者readf），画图（plot、oplot）表示2007年6月、2007年12月、2008年6月输出结果（X轴为纬度，Y轴为参数， 同一参数不同月份放在一张图上，5个参数5张图），并进行必要标注（xyouts）。
