教师信息管理系统
本系统的技术要求包括：对教师的基本信息，教师的授课情况，教师的论文等进行查询，删除，添加，修改。根据用户的权限不同所进行的操作也不同：用户分为教师和管理员，管理员可以进行所有的操作，但是教师只能进行相关的查询工作。
采用vb和sql的结合可以完成以上的需求、调试相对简单，当前的计算机硬件配置也完全能满足开发的需求。
